Tommy Steel and Scrooge

I visited the Lowry theatre just a few days ago to see Tommy Steel in Scrooge, I have always loved this guy and his exuberance on the stage surpassed my expectations... even at the rip old age of 75, you would never know this from watching him bound around the stage and enjoy himself...His humour shone through and was a pleasure to watch...It ended all to soon though, but well worth seeing and flying thousands of miles to see...

The hotel we stayed in was the holiday In in Salford.... Not recommended.... The breakfast was horrendous! I missed proper fresh fruit and bread...enough said I think...

But all in all...a good trip....
