Sugar, so sweet and deadly!

We all love sugar, in our beverages, on our cereals in ou7r baking etc. We can control how many spoonfulls we put on or in them, yes?
In the shops we chose our drinks and foods, fresh and canned and processed (God forbid!) Granulated Sugar..... Our drinks contains an enormous amount of sugar! I think maybe it is time to reduce our intake and take a closer look just how many spoonfuls are put in our foods!
